Below is my one sided communication to HP. Hope you can do something.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is my fourth and final reminder about my claim status. If I wont get reply within 2 days I am going to file a case in consumer court. It is not about money but it is about harassment and cheating. Please let me know my claim status as it is very frustrating not recieved even after 25 days, the time specifically given by you (HP). It is giving feel of being cheated.

Earlier I was glad to know that HP is giving gifts as a promotional programme. I submitted my details and claimed for the same on 27 April. But not received items yet or any further communication. So I like to know my claim or delivery status.
