I purchased a iball vibe wi-fi cellphone from snapdeal few days back. My order number was 338490856, and I got the delivery of my product on 9th of February, the problem is, from day one the cellphone is not functioning properly, there is some defect in its touch screen n its not working properly and I am not at all satisfy with the product. So kindly look into this matter quickly as possible.
