Regarding service problems

Hello sir/madam

I recently bought a lenovo idea pad y 560 from US . Though i was excited after buying the laptop .then the laptop was brought to India the very next day when i tried starting it dint start and started gettng heated up alot and it was not working i went to the lenovo service centre and the complaint for loged with the complaint no:-4270075731 and was logged on 21-09 that day they tried to put parts which were not aproriate when brought to their notice they could not respond. today i go to the service center and find that they have nt even ordered the fan and today the guy placed the order in front of me. If lenovo cannot provide us the service they tell us about while selling please return me the amount i have paid for . my no is 7829444409
