Hp pavilion dv4
Non working of Vista Home Basic since purchase

Hi,

we bought a Hp pavillion DV4 in May 09 from Jumbo Electronics, Noida. Now this Laptop has Windows Vista Home basic loaded which does not seem to work at all.

Hp guys keep calling for feedback but do not seem to acknowledge complaints. This is the way customer care treats its customer.

The system gets hang all the time, with no document names getting changed to almost my laptop behaving crazy.

I want this OS to be removed, and loaded Windows 07 free of cost from Hp. Pls can someone help me with this!!
