Not collecting documents

Hello sir,

here i am complaining of idea cellular ltd. As per the DOT requirements they asking for new documents of the mobile user. Because of that i called to customer care idea cellular to ask where to submit the documents so they replied there is a office in my town but when i went to that place they replied that they are not collecting the documents of postpaid customer so i again called to the customer care office and tell him my problem so he replied to go mehsana to submit the document. So i ask him can't they sent the person whom comes to collect my bill amount so replied no we can't because documents are for government process no for us so we can't even i told him that i'll complaint for this so he replies who cares for that.
