Very Poor Services by Impel Infosys

I had bought 1 Desktop in June. Just in 2 Months that desktop is not working. When I had visited your shop on 24-08 your guys had told me that mother boardmake Simmtronics is not working and it will take maximum 21 days to replace that mother board. He had given me the slip wide no: 3449 dated 24/08

I had asked them that i am having an urgency can u pls provide me some standby for the time, but they didn't have any backup. Now, i am in a regular touch with some girl gagan on phone but she is not able to provide me exact information. Everytime i called her she says it will take 2 more days. She is telliing me whether you want a mother board or not.

Is it the kind of service your guys are providing. In future i am not going to recommend any person to buy some product from Impel Infosys
