Dear Sir,

Repeated delay in supply of gas cylinder

I am a consumer of Two Gas Cylinder of Indian Oil Corporation Of India through your authorized agency M/s. Vinay Indane, Indian (Adhoc), Gajanan Maharaj Road,

Gajanan Complex, Shop No.05, Garkheda, Aurangabad. (Maharashtra) 0240-2453056, 2442756

I have booked for gas cylinder on 27-10, but I did not receive my Gas cylinder till today. I made an enquiry to the Agency for which I did not receive a proper reply. So I made an enquiry through Phone to agancey but they not attending my phone till yesterday moring.

The same problem has happened to me earlier. This leads me delay in booking my next cylinder, causing lot of inconvenience.

On 10th of Nov, 09 my Mother expired, I need one extra cylinder (my 2nd cylinder was empty) on 14th day programme, but this grate persons told me before 21days you will not get another refiled cylinder, what is use of my 2nd cylinder.

I request you to take proper action ensuring no such inconvenience in future.

I look forward for your earliest action and reply.
