After delivery 1 Pen Drive Missing in my order

I placed order (no. IN2408113196) for pen drives (quantity-2) from India Plaza. I received courier and When I opened it I got shocked seeing only one pen drive. Then I raised a complaint so many time in India Plaza customer care and not any response from them, I am regularly querying them but no response.

Please help and take action as there are lots of complaints registered by visiters’ against India Plaza.

Either India Plaza refund cost of one pen drive along with inconvenience charges or send another missing order ASAP.
