Claims still pending

Hi

My previous company PCS Technology Ltd submit my claims in last october But still it is pending from BANDARMUMBAI-I OFFICE.When I check the "Know Your Claim Status" it shows that the PF office received it on 10/5 and it is under process. Can I have the direct email address of any official of PF office so that I can complain and make my claim process faster.
