Indiatoday bookclub company is not giving my refund amount,

I have given following order on Internet and paid Rs.5498 through net banking.here are the details:

Mode of payment: Credit Card/Debit Card

Total transaction amount: 5498.0

Products purchased

Transcend 320GB External Hard Disk.

This product has not be send me or not given any information, I have send 40 email and contact on Phone call 10 time. They always says "we are forwarded your complain to our concern department to resolve your refund on urgent basis. We request you that kindly wait for some days. We will do the needful soon". But from last two months they are giving typed answer. My humble request to all Indians to do not give any order to this company it is fraud and cheater. Also they gives many free offers but they will not give any thing. They give only one code no. and says log on there web page and submit code no but after submit code no.they lock the page and we will not get any offer. I am here requesting to please do not give any order to this company.
