Inspiration desktop 580S
No display and sound of six beeps

I have purchased a inspiration desktop 580S from DELL, it has not been working for the last 3 days. There is no display and sound of six beeps is continuously being heard. Efforts were made to contact the company and lodge a complaint on their telephone1800-425-4026.I tried the whole evening on 21 sep 2011 only to finally connected to an pre recorded voice that all lines are busy and asking me to stay on line. I must have spent nearly two hours hearing this message inspite of pleading the the officials to help in sorting out my problem. My service tag is 61H98BS.Can you please help me.
