Not getting any service from Intel Customer Suppot

I purchased a Intel D945 GCNL Motherboard on 25/03 from New Millennium Computer at 23, C.R. Avenue Annexe.

Now the problem with this motherboard is that it is not booting at all and I believe that the Motherboard is still under warranty period as it has a warranty of three years.

In this situation I send them an Email to Intel Support (apacsupport@mailbox.intel.com) on 23/06, in reply of this mail They wanted to know all details (serial number, what is the problem) from me and I again mailed them giving all required information. They gave me a Service Ticket no: 8000056754.

But after that there is physically no progress in service at all. And in this situation I am helpless as all my official data are stored in my computer which is not booting because of that Motherboard.

Please help me to get free service for this motherboard
