Poor Performance Systems

This BSNL Nova netPC is very poor in its performance and many weird problems like one cannot select and copy text from PDF docs!!! This is very very annoying. Also it's taking some seconds for zooming in and out the pages!!! The system becomes slow just after opening 3 tabs in firefox browser. It's 512 MB ram only and getting hang up even for 3 tabs is unacceptable. WinRAR files if protected by password CANNOT be opened in this computer!!! Within a month the system got crashed, they serviced the system at free of cost in 10 days & it's all ok. But now the media player is hanging again and again. When in offline, the openoffice documents cannot be opened, this is highly unacceptable. It's not opening the external hard drives also.
