Battery Issue

I have purchased Intex UPS in the month of Nov. I have not been using my Desktop as I had a Laptop. So the UPS was not used. Now when I used it recently the UPS was not working. As the UPS had a warranty of 2Yrs I had given it for repair & they told that battery is gone and it had a warranty of only One Year.

I have not used the UPS since the last 8-9 months but the battery is gone.

Donot go for Intex UPS. Prefer Wipro or APC.. The difference between the other companies UPS is just 200bugs, I felt greedy and look a LOW Quality product!!!

Never go for Intex products as they are cheap. They work only till the warranty period. Later they DIE!!

That is the life period for Intex Products.
