SCREEN TOUGH THE KEY PAD OF SPACE BAR BUTTION

We are from IVRCL Infrastructures and Projects Limited Company. Purchased the Sony Laptop Model No: VGN – Z46, Date of Purchased on 21.08. Invoice No: 0160009268 from Raj Kamal Electronics Pvt Limited, Hyderabad. We are facing some problem in the Laptop. The LCD screen touches the key pad Space bar button when it folds, we are facing this problem from last 4 Months and we contact your service centers in Bangalore and Jaipur, but they are telling that we are saying that the LCD Screen couldn’t be replaced this is manufacturing defect and they are asking place a cloth in between the screen and keyboard. Then after that we are contact to Hyderabad Service Centre once they are replace the LCD screen, but these people also said the same buying the laptop at Rs.95, 500/- asking to keep the cloth and paper is the answer from you side so we require the laptop replacement other wise we will be keeping this issue in Consumer Court. The cost of Lap Top is Rs. 95, 900/-(Rupees Ninety Five Thousand Nine Hundred Only). This problem is occurring because of Laptop Manufacturing defect. So please replace the Laptop to Same Cost of any other model.
