Antiviruse is not properly worked

I am already register my complain but not anybody sincere my to cure my problem. I am sending my problem and do great expection to you solve my problem. I am k7 total security 10 user from last two years but last 20 days my computer is suffering from viruses scanning process is not removed them. So kindly take action on it. a) found the Trojan 00071a9a1, b) gom.exe, c) autorun.inf d) Physicaldrive.exe etc
