K7 total security
NO PROTECTIION AND NO SUPPORT ASSISTANCE

Dear Sir,

This is to bring to your gentle attention that K7 total Security 10 (Anti-virus) is not able to provide protection to my computer from malicious threats and softwares from the internet.

On repeatedly calling and e-mailing the company support and assistance department there has been no response.

My HP laptop (Configuration: Windows 7, RAM: 3 GB, Hard Disk: 320GB) is under constant deterioration and has been recovered several times.

The company is not ready to refund in spite of my usage having been of 88 days of the promised 365 days as on 16th-June.

Kindly take suitable punitive action.
