Kaspersky antivirus-2011
Not being updated

I am using Kaspersky Anti-virus. but since from last month its not being updated. I tried a lot but not succeded. Please tell me the possible reasons for that and how can I update it at this stage.

I am using window-7 and mozilla firebox browser.
