Respected sir,

I am subhranil roy of west bengal, burdwan, asansol

and i have a air cooler of kenstar and it is within warranty period.

and for a serious problem i am complianing to the customerv care and have tried all that i could do from last 2months but still now i have not got any service reply from them.

I will be highly obliged if you take any strict action against them.
