Poor response of service centre

I had given my Kingston 4 GB pen drive at Kingston service center at Drishti services, krishna mall, Tonk road Jaipur, Rajasthan on 22 may for replacement under product warranty. I was told to collect the new pen drive after 7 days as the product was out of stock and was supposed to be shipped from NEW DELHI. But after repeatedly calling so many times the pen drive has not arrived till yet even when Delhi is just 6 hours drive from Jaipur. Now also the person at the service center is telling that the pen drive will come after 15 days.
