MENTAL HARASSMENT AND BAD BEHAVIOUR OF KINGSTON SERVICE CENTER

I have replaced a nt working ram from kingston service center at

BHARAT INFOTECH

208, 2nd floor, kushal bazar

32-33 Nehru place new delhi-19

Authorized kingston service center

on saturday 26 sept but it is now also nt working properly yet...

so i went their once again to their kingston service center on 1 oct with a nt working ram with

MODEL NO. KVR800D2N6/2GB

BUT THE PERSON NAMED * BASUDER * (BRANCH MANAGER) has not taken my problem seriously and they have waited me at their service center for too long and when they have taken my ram for replacement the person that is "VIKAS" is nt talking with me properly and for the replacement of my 2GB ram he has nt given me any specified days or approximately any days, but the other person who r standing for the replacement has got monday 4 oct the replacement day for their product...

when i have said him to complaint this behavior to kingston, he said to do what ever u can do...

IT is almost 35 km the nehru place kingston service center from my place so it is very difficult from me to go their daily to get report...
