KINGSTON/ Pen Drive
Pen Drive not replaced under guarantee

Hello Sir,

I had purchased a Kingston Pen drive from vendor "Foretech computer Systems (P) Ltd." Addess- 81/1, Nehru place, Opp Jagat Cinema, BEGUM Bridge, on date 11-06-09, on which there is a guarantee of 5 years.

Now, it has stopped working and when i went to vendor to either to fix it or replace it, he took my pen drive and said- I will sent it to the company, after their verification i will replace it. But now he is making excuses that your pen drive can't be replaced.

Its Bill No. is 1759 dated 11-06-09.

Please help me out.
