Warranty Extension

I purchased a laptop on 28 October. On dt. 19 December I gave Rs.3400/- (Three Thousand Four Hundred) only towards the warranty extension of my laptop to the lenovo authorised dealer named AFORESERVE, NOIDA, but till date (after repeated phone calls) neither the warranty is extended nor any feedback is given to me.
