Moniter Parts Missing During Service

Mere paas compaq 7540 moniter hai wo chaltey chaltey band ho gaya main usko okhla service center lekar gaya unhone use teen chaar din rakhkar hame bola ki ye non repairable hai hame iski problem samajh nahi aa rahi hai aur kaha aap ise scrap main soldout kar dijiye aur new purchase kar lijiye maine unse kaha agar main ise local service center par dikhaun to unhone kaha aap dikha saktey hain lekin uska koi fayeda nahi hoga main use fir ghar le aaya fir kuch din baad maine apne off main use local service center ko apna samne dikhaya usme parts missing they wo bola sir isme parts missing hain ye kaise theek hoga fir maine okhla service center par call kiya aur parts missing ke baare main bataya to unhone kaha by mistake reh gaya hoga waha lab incharge mr. ganesh ne mujhse ye kaha.

That's why i wan't a solution abt this problem if u can't then i'll shoo u.

So plz give me the solution before my case file.
