LCd not working

I, rizwan, resident of surya nagar, Ghaziabad, made complaint with number 8409440951 on 29-08-10 as my samsung LCD monitor (manufactured in nov) started misfunctioning. The next day tech rep from samsung came and suggested one supply PCB is faulty and that supply PCB will be replaced within a day or two . but till date we are making complaints on samsung call center . they will use plastic language to customer but action part is null from tech team. Till date no rep could replace the part. Tech memebers to whom I m in contact gave assurances for repair but could not take any action, are available on the following numbers :8408637396 and 9871094504. They show their disability to repair although they admit that problem is minor but part is not available. On 20-10-10, tech rep from Samsung customer care assured to wait for one more week, otherwise he will look into the matter. Tech member did not disclose his identity as he was nervous to talk about.

Consumer: sir u gave warrantee for three years and monitor is just one year old

Tech member from Samsung: your complaint is only three months old n u r so much worried
