Negligence in warrent service

I purchased a lenovo laptop, MODEL- G550, S/N - CBQ1112022 on 17.12.09 from kolkata. after few months a black spot arrived on the corner of screen . i took it to lenovo service center "COMPUTER EXCHANGE", park street, kolkata on 28th may . i got the case id no. 4270014163 . i was told that it would take some time for the parts to arrive. but i didnt get any kind of response after that . whenever i called they told that they are not responsible for the delay .moreover they didnt take any initiative to solve my problem . so its my request, plz take some serious step against that service center ..
