Egarding warranty

Dear Sir,

I have purchased a LAPTOP of LENOVO having MODEL No.- 775754Q and Sr. No.- MA8NT4Y on dated 1/1 it was with one year warranty 2 Month before complition of warranty a lady staff RITU SHARMA has called me about extention of warranty and serve me information about it and we Aggred that i shall pay you 6000/- rupees for 2 year on site warrantry So i have deposited Rs.6000/- (six thousand rupees) in your ICICI bank A/c No.-002105001739 on dt:-23/12 and send the Scaned Copy of Bank acknowledgement to you by Email. On same day to shivchoudhry wext.lenovo@rteservices.com.

from that day i made sevral call on your office as well as emails but there is no reply from thair end.
