BEATING THE CUSTOMER

Dear Sir,

Today i have gone to your customer service center located at gayatri nagar in vijayawada to collect my monitor which was given on 26th june. After so many reminders from my end they said to finish my monitor service today. While checking the monitor the system gone to windows default screensaver mode which will display the black colour. to come out from that i have pressed enter key to view the monitor. For that one of your service guy made unnecessary conversation and in supporting this guy other guy i think he is accountant or supervisor beat me. I have not yet given my monitor back and tried to give me a faulty monitor which i found in my checkup. i have questioned the same they said they will not give any thing and you go and complaint to whom u want to. pls help me out is this the way you treat your customers??? I want my monitor and justice why they beat me. They may have so many frustations but they cant show it on me. Being a single person i am unable to fight with 3 of your persons. Beating a customer is it correct. I will fight if justice is not provided by the company regarding this issue.
