Lenovo Small Laptop from croma
No service support

My wife in India, Baroda bought Lenovo laptop in January 1st week and within a month she found that laptop is not working screen is blank is not getting on.

Croma and Lenovo service center are playing and not answering properly for repairing or replacement,

can you help me what action i can take agianst them
