Power plug loose connection

I am anurag daga (complaint no.-C10A1217178). i had bought a computer a month back . two of my wires got fused due to loose connection in the power plug of the monitor. i had complained and the next day a representative had come too. He told that it would be repaired by the next day or so .ten days have passed i have been continuously been calling them they tell us that they do not have the parts. It has caused a lot of problems i want to get that repaired as soon as possible
