LCD MONITOR NOT REPLACING AND ALSO NOT PROPERLY REPAIRING

SIR,

2 Months before i had given complaint to lg elctronics about my LCD monitor, they try to repaire but it was not get repaired properly.after 15 days of my complaint they told that my monitor will be replaced, but till now they are just only passing the time because my warranty will be expire on 30th january.
