MONITOR NOT WORKING

Sir,

i bought a new lcd tft monitor in the month of Nov.

earlier in the month of march monitor was not working, a complaint was being raised and it was repaired after 10 days.

again same problem was being faced and a complaint was being raised on 29 Oct bearing complaint number 10A2924555. Reps attended after two days, but the complaint was not yet rectified.

i spoke with customer care, reps were being launched, but of no use.

i request you that monitor should be replaced with new monitor because within a year this is the second time i am facing the same problem.
