New Desktop Computer is not working properly

We bought a new desktop computer on 14-03 from Amit Patel proprietor of Maruti Computech. In the life span of 29 days, the computer is formatted thrice (three times from the day after i purchased) still it need another format because Internet Explorer is not working, Anti Spyware software is outdated (of 2009 not the latest edition), each and every time error message showing SVS host. The owner of the firm (Mr. Amti Patel of Maruti Computech) told us that i don't know software installation which is his duty to fulfill our Software needs. Therefor I request you to kindly look into these matter.
