Modem is not work properly

When i was go to inquiry about modem he said that is is working fast in any computer when i brought this modem it was not connect so he gave me a no. of MTS office i call on that no. officer said he is come in 1hour but he is not coming then i go to shop and told that it is not connecting then is again says that you call on that and one man is coming he will started so i call again on that no. he told that he is come in 4to5hours

he come but he was not connect the net then i try to connect the then i possible to connect the internet but one problem is occurred it was not work in speed no web is open in this modem then i again go to shop and told the problem about modem he says that you call on that no. he will come and started the net then i says it started but not catch speed any is not opening in this modem then he says that i am not taking back from you if you want to back this you have to go to MTS head office then is says that i brought this modem from you so i give to you not any head office he replay that i don't know i will not take this modem back
