Fraud!!

I had ordered a 1 TB External Hard Drive of "Transcend" before christmas 2011 around the 23rd of december. Although the full amount had been deducted from my account that respective day, the transaction status on their web site still shows "Processing".. They promise the delivery of the item within 2-7 and the deals on that site all looked pretty promising. But now I saw a complaint from another buyer who was cheated in the same way from this website, so i realise that I am a victim of Fraud. I've been calling the number which is given as their "Customer Support" but no one answers..

Now, i'm out 4500 Rupees and an empty space beside my PC where the hard disk should have been..

Sir, pls let me know what can be done to deal with this problem swiftly and get my loss moderated.

I would post the photo proof of the transaction but unfortunately, opening "Monster Deals.in" shows an Open DNS error.
