PF Money being Swindled

I have been asking the Mphasis HR to provide details of the PF Fund transfer from their company to my current employer. It is more than a week and they are reluctant to respond on the same. It shows the negligance of such a corporate of playing with employees PF money. Please let me know, what steps should I take to file a case against Mphasis for not providing details on my PF.
