Not responding after taking desktop for repai

Dear Sir,

I have purchased assembled desktop PC from M/s. Compex system, Jamnagar on dtd.6.6.2011 vide Invoice no.23. Mr. Ruchir Dave who is the owner of this shop has supplied this PC with warranty.

The mother board of the desktop is failed before two weeks & Mr. Ruchir Dave has taken the PC for reapir. Now, he is not responding at all for the status of repair.
