Not geting reasponse of my usb connection

Dear sir,

I am unhappy with the service provided by MTS. As i have buy the net connection attchement on one week before... and i have complain for this that the device is not working on my PC as well as in laptop. since than i have visited two to three time to get resolve the matter over there but no response .then i call to customer care 22end, 23rd, and 24 november also and talk to amit floor supervisor. He assured me complain will sortout within 24 hours. I received a call from MTS on 24th and the same has been discussed ones again, what they are doing we are not getting any updated news. As wee as they have mentioned that your call was not reachable... oh my goddddddd... when i talked to customercare on 24th the same has been tolded to me that your call was not reachable... today they have called from MTS and dealer also and they are forcing me to submit the document??? give way and path for this so that i can solve the problem... plz don't make customer fool... they are saying if document you will not submit then they will make this as a fraud case... they are forcing and blackmaling me...
