Harrasment and Cheating

Sir,

I have a MTS Data card Model no.-AC2766. I was having a problem in watching MTS TV so as directed by customer care after several complaints i went to there service center in Lajpat Nagar. Firstly, The address Provided to me was wrong due to which i suffered harrasment, then as told by them i placed a demand for replacement of device, which when returned to me was not in proper condition and was not working. when i complained about this to customer care they told me to go to service center again and they are not providing any solution to me.

so, sir please take necessary steps to resolve my issue.
