Acer aspire 5738
Keyboard issue

I brought this laptop on the 21/Oct and in December the keyboard stopped working. So I took it to the service station in Sector 17 Vashi Navi Mumbai on the 20/Dec and till now I have not recived a replacement. It almost has been two weeks. The staff at the service station is not friendly nor is the customer service number. When ever i call up they give me a different excuse. So if you can help me I would really appreciate it.
