Keepad problem

Dear sir,

i am very sorry to say that your after sales service is a worst.i bought the laptop from mega trade calicut on march and my complaint is that one of my keys in the key pad is not in use the (s key) and i have registered the complaint on 15/11 and ther is no reply from the shop .i don't refer any one to buy an acre laptop because it is a waste .and i hoping for a favorable reply soon
