Faulty lcd

I bought acer mini 10 inch, model aspire one on 3rd july. since sept i witnessed a problem in the display of the netpad. due to nature of my work and unavoidable cicumstances i register my complain in last week of march. i was told that there is problem in the display (l.e.d) of the netpad.after 10 days the service centre at muzaffarpur bihar has changed the l.e.d of the netpad. but again in the month of june i experienced the same problem, and register my complain through Jain computers teensukhia, assam. this time the old problem of display was there and battery was also not giving adequate back up. when i got my netpad on 2 of july. but again after a week the same problem of display popped up and now its checking my patience. i request to please take adequate and immediate action and ensure permanent remedy of this problem.
