Sound card defects

My Acer Aspire one netbook model D250 was having sound card problems - sound will come intermittently while listnening to music and also when other applications are loading. The service agent (Redignton) changed the sound card 3 times and still the problem remains.

This problem is there in the netbook right from the puchase.
