Touchpad not working

I purchase a new acer aspire 5738z laptop on dec2..and the touchpad is not working properly from the very first day.. i went to the service center in sec 44 chandigarh.. and it the worst service center that i have seen in my life.. they dont know how to talk to customer.. and they doesn't know about latest laptop features..
