Non working of photon harassment

Dear Sir,

I have returned your photon to HP dealer M/s Tech Smart, Old Rajinder Nagar (9811020946) along with covering letter which your company refuses to acknowledge. Your Photon does not work and am dissapointed from services i received both by your dealer/your office. I have asked for refund/penalty on account of harrasment/non functioning and non attendence till this date inspite of your written commitment that problem will be fixed by 25th Nov.
