Sold dealer not properly installed drivers

Sir,

I have purchased one laptop acer model no.5738 (laptop) from SYMA SYSTEMS&SOLUTIONS PVT LTD ON 10-12-09 INVOICE NO.SSSPL/153 for the amount of Rs 34750/- from the day one they have not properly installed the drivers so problem on soft ware starts problem on 1st day itself they forced me to come tomorrow and after consuming 8 hrs they cant rectify the problem and they send me back after that they are just avoiding my calls and talking too harshly so pls help me to settle my problem sir. Else i want my money back from them till today 21-12 they are not caring my complaint please take necessary action on this
