Facing many problems with acer laptop

I purchased acer 57382 laptop on 6 0ct 2009 from Contec Systems, nehru place, delhi. serial no: LXPEYOXO 0220935013312000. From last three months i am facing many a problems with the laptop. many a times i gave it for servicing at Digitech services pvt. ltd. in sec 16 mkt, Faridabad, Haryana. earlier it had a problem of laptop base overheating. But the problem was not solved and i faced other problems like 15 minutes battery back up and now its screen gets off in 15 minutes. I took it to the service center twice but they said they do not have competent engineer to solve the issue. i also took the complaint to the laptop seller but he told that he do not deal with the complaints of laptop.

Please look into the issue ASAP
