Replacement of hanset

Dear sir,

i bought Nokia-5230 moblie on 07-04 from Dombivli (mumbai), from the date of purchase i am getting Problems with that handset, my house is far away from nokia care centre because of that i am suffering lot in my work, I gone more than 3 times to nokia care cetre where software updation is done & battery replacement is done, but problem still perssit, sometime time it is hanging some time it is restarting & battery back up is very low, so i request u to please replace the my handset.
