No battery life for nokia 5530

I had bought nokia, s 5530 express music just a week ago, bu8 first two days the cell produced heat while calling& had no battery life, just half a day, now no heat is ther bu8 battery will soon be reduced, the batttery shows full indication, bu8 on a call it just go off & shows battery low>>>>>so, i changed the battery, bu8 the same problem persists, >>>
