I have purchased a compaq laptop on 2 dec.i had applied 4 free redemption gift by hp on 18-12 & due date of good were on 28 th jan but i dint got my goods delivery till 18 april. they are not replying and not picking up the helpline nos, some of the nos are currently un avaliable.
